Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**Essential Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day activities for multiple concurrent projects with complex delivery requirements, working with cross-functional teams focused on project delivery.
- Monitor project delivery from initiation through completion to meet revenue and cost projections.
- Formulate goals, identify key stakeholders, and manage project risk and issue resolution for conflicting priorities.
- Track, monitor, and report activities. Analyze results. Present insights and best practices.
- Develop, monitor, and review project budgets. Verify expenditures vs. actual and explain variances.
- Work with the PMO to coordinate and administer assignments, monitor team progress, and maintain schedules.
- Develop, implement, and document procedures. Adhere to corporate communication standards and procedures. Obtain and provide required approvals.
- Develop team members and provide ongoing professional guidance and direction.
- Foster key relationships with sales, development, support; acting as a liaison between cross-functional groups as a champion for the customer.
- Assist the Sales Process by participating in customer engagement activities such as demonstrations, determining services estimates, and contributing to Proposals/Tenders/Scope of Work documents for project design and implementation.
- Some travel may be required.

**Qualifications Include**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software project management
- Oil & Gas or Mining experience highly preferred
- Experience with Mid-Cap or Enterprise software solutions
- PMP / PRINCE2 / AGILE Certification is helpful, but not required
- Must have strong written/verbal capability in English and also in language relevant to the country of hire
