**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Min. 1 year experience as a real estate agent
- Able to speak and write English fluently
- Legal right to work in the Kingdom of Thailand
- Own a car or other form of vehicle for transportation to client appointments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
