General Summary of Responsibilities

The Facilities technician will be responsible for smooth and efficient running of the Plant in Electrical system, UPS, CDA, Vacuum pump, Machinery, Air-condition, Building, Housekeeping ,Environmental control, Preventive maintenance, Repair machines and Other job assign.

Specific Responsibilities:
1.) Maintain and operate all Facilities m/c to get highest efficiency and support all area with quality of work as our Department goals and objectives.

2.) Take care and planning Preventive maintenance work to complete on schedule and work improvement to meet highest quality.

3.) Inspection all shift records and check all critical parameter to meet the SPEC.

4.) All system working conclusion from shift checklist to analyse each of m/c as the critical parameters trend to prevent any effect cause of major breakdown to all m/c.

5.) Update all m/c status in shift by accurately and report the result to Facilities engineer.

6.) Co-operate with operation and others Department people to solve any problem that effected to productivities and prevention all any problem will be occur, to get highest product quality.

7.) Co-operate with Facilities engineer function to developing Facilities machines system to have absolutely working condition.

8.) Work with team to high efficiency, safety and keep all area to meet an excellent housekeeping.

9.) To do preventive maintenance and repair all system on responsibility.

10.) Response to monitoring and operate all issue related with ISO14001 required

11.) Building maintenance performed

12.) Safety performed related with department response

Job Specification (or minimum qualification)
- Education : Diploma in Electrical
- Experience : 3 - 7 Years in facilities field
- Supervision Experience : Facility field
- English : Good Read & write, Communicative in English Good listen
- Other skills
- Capable to use PC. And Software Microsoft windows and office
- Building Electrician level 1
