**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**
- Prepare and record VAT and withholding tax report PND3, PND53 including issue withholding tax certificate
- Ensure in accuracy of tax invoices, invoices, supporting document complying with accounting standard and tax regulation including the authorized person approve.
- Inventory and fixed asset and office supply count
- Fill open vendor form and client form then submit to review
- AR clearing, AP and other accounting administration task
- Vendor payment and setup vendor in the system
- Bank Reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc assignments

**Administrative role**
- Packing and delivery goods
- Maintain and arrange company documents, accounting document and other files
- Overall other administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Good organizational, multitasking abilities, Good attitude, target-oriented, fast learner
- Knowledge in office operation, facilities operation
- High responsibility, time management skills, and be able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills
- Intermediate command of written and spoken English.
