**The Role**

We are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Officer to join our team. You will be in charge of managing and supervising the client's case day-to-day operations. Furthermore, you should be able to establish and manage long-term consumer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training team members.

You must be able to create and implement effective sales strategies and goals. Furthermore, you should be able to assess current market trends and competition products. You should also be able to answer consumer questions and assist them in making sound purchase selections. You should also be able to develop and present accurate and complete sales reports.

You should have a strong sales background to succeed in this profession. You should also be a sales-driven and customer-oriented individual. Your ability to manage client demands properly and on time will be beneficial.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and sustaining long-term consumer relationships
- Answering consumer questions and advising them on purchase decisions
- Keeping a complete and accurate record of every sale
- Creating and delivering sales reports to upper management
- Assisting in the creation and execution of sales goals
- Working with the Marketing department to create a variety of promotional activities
- researching current industry trends and keeping track of consumer needs
- Examining the product offers of competitors
- Making cold calls in order to acquire new consumers
- Creating efficient sales techniques
- Customer inquiries and complaints are routed to the appropriate departments.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Good understanding of NFT, Web3.0, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrencies
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in the Sales department as a Sales Officer, Sales Lead, Sales Representative, or a comparable role.
- Complete understanding of numerous sales strategies and sales industry advances
- Having a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Outstanding communication and presenting abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Individual who is highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Capability to do extensive research
- The ability to provide great customer service

**Salary**: ฿25,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
