Chinese Teacher

We are looking for a full-time Chinese language teacher to join our team. You’ll organize courses for non-native speakers with diverse activities and methods that cover all aspects of Chinese language (speaking, writing, and comprehending).

As a teacher in our school, you’ll create educational plans based on each student’s needs and evaluate their progress through homework and assessments. Preferred teacher skills also include building positive relationships with parents and teachers and helping them evaluate student progress.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare classroom and course materials
- Assign homework and exams
- Grade students’ assessments
- Create a supportive and positive classroom environment
- Maintain records of student attendance and grades
- Resolve crises in classroom
- Collaborate with educational staff to provide a positive learning experience to students

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience as a teacher or similar role (preferred)
- Knowledge of various methods of teaching Chinese to non-native speakers
- Great organizational and communication skills
- A calm and resilient personality
- Ability to handle classroom crises
- Degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature or similar field
- Team player with a can-do attitude

Note: This is an in office position located in Songkhla, Thailand. We offer on-campus dormitories for applicants interested in student supervision roles.

Pay: ฿18,000.00 - ฿25,000.00 per month
