- Build the image of the company by partnering with customers, governments, corporations, communities, and employees to enforce ethical practices.
- Delegate authority and responsibility for operations to department managers, follow up and evaluate performance continuously.
- Participate in the preparation of business plans and management policies, as well as preparation of business budgets and annual expenditure budgets.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and day-to-day management of the Company, including overseeing the overall operations to comply with the policies. business strategy goals and operations
- Responsible for directing, supervising, solving problems, directing, and making decisions, as well as setting guidelines for sales, marketing, and business development of the Company.
- Collaborate with general sales managers and senior managers in all fields, including accounting and finance, to develop on time delivery capabilities.

- คุณสมบัติ
- Sales of lead-acid batteries for automotive and forklift.
- International sales mainly to ASEAN and MEA regions
- Capable of sales activities using English in the regions above
- Experienced in sales of automotive components (preferably lead-acid batteries) outside Japan
- Experienced in management of a department or a section in the company organization
- English language skill of business level,
- Communication skills in Chinese language is business level.
- Chinese people (Mainland, Taiwan, or others of China origin) are acceptable and can speak Thai language as business level.
- Experience in travel aboard to visit customer or meeting in ASEAN and MEA regions would be advantage.
