**Job Description**:
- Control overall daily operations process
> Stock count and validate if found difference
> Manpower check list & PPE check list
> Tools & Equipment check list
> Make sure production run smoothly with Safety first
- Advisor to labour staff in all operation activity area
- Check / Receive Raw Material & Hire Stock to align with standard
- Control productivity & usage on daily basis to be meet team target
- Control quality of pallets before deliver base on PQS / customer requirement, prevent customer complaint
- Training New labour staff
- Provide BER report
- 5s and conduct Big cleaning
- First Aider
- Support OL & OM in all operations area upon request
