**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct as staff of Accounts Receivable Team.
- Complete Accounts Receivable collection process with corporation with Head of Finance and other team members.
- Checking of Customer acceptance/ Customer payment notice.
- Preparation of AR sub ledger.
- Obtaining deposit information daily from the web bank, collating with the AR sub ledger, issuing a deposit slip, and confirming with sales if there is a difference and fixing the gap.
- Check the payment notice and update the AR sub ledger for each customer.
- Journal entry, posting into the system.
- Overdue report preparation and follow up.
- Intercompany AR collection.
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadline.
- Assistance in monthly closing.
**Requirements**:
- Thai National with Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Good command of English.
- Japanese: fluent at both verbal and written including literacy of “Kanji” (JLPT N3 or above).
- Working at manufacturing industry or company with production site is a plus. Intermediate/advance level of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with team as both interpersonal and team.
- Timely and accurate process with ability to meet deadlines financial closing timeline.
- Open mind, self-starter, multi-tasking at fast pace working environment.
- Work 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH.
