- We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** to join our fast-growing Product team to create the most powerful and user-friendly freelancing platform in South East Asia. You will be a critical part of the Product team to help translate our brand identity into user interface and design all touch points for our users. Although we value your creativity, you are also expected to continually improve your design by testing, reiterating, and making decisions based on data and user insights. As you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the company, align with Fastwork’s culture and values, and contribute to the lively dynamic of the team.**Responsibilities**
- Drive the design process from requirement gathering from stakeholders. Understand business objectives and define key user interactions
- Ability to primary or secondary research to create a user flow and user journey
- Design and develop a modern and Design system with reusable design components
- Provide actionable feedbacks for all visual and interaction design
- Brief your design to developers and stakeholders, gather feedback and iterate your design

**Basic Qualifications**
- Degree in Design or related field with a stellar portfolio you can show and tell
- 3-5 years’ experience in Web design and Applications design
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Experienced in UX research and design process
- Proficiency in creative design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools (Figma is a plus)
- Aesthetic sense and solid understanding of branding and brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on User Experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Understanding of iteration design methodology, from Empathy to Test is a plus
- Design and develop a micro interactive, Lottie file is a plus
