YOUR ROLE
Attached to Human Resources Manager, you will take part to the Thai operation coverage in priority (30 members) to be extend to Vietnam (3 members), you take care of HR employees Administration and assist the Managing Director in his function.
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
- Administrative management of employees by drafting employment contracts, mandatory declarations, registration of employee documents.
- Manage the training process and planning for new employees. Organize and follow up the appraisal campaign
- Management of the recruitment; work with managers to create the jobs description to help them defining the recruitment needs
- Follow and inform in labor law changes, consequently update the contract format with our legal adviser
PREQUISITE AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree related in HR or a proven similar experience
- Easily adaptable to different situations including cultural diversity
- Very comfortable with Microsoft pack office and appetency for new technologies
- Critical faculties and well-organised
- Autonomous and adaptable
- Abilities to work under pressure and handle different project at the same time
- Reliable, discrete, critical thinking and management skills
- Strong planning, organizational, adaptability and interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral English skills - French is a plus.
