**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute risk-based IT audit plans aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the bank's risk management framework.
- Lead and manage audit teams, effectively guiding and mentoring junior auditors.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of IT systems, processes, and controls, utilizing various audit methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Identify and assess IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, and system vulnerabilities.
- Prepare well-documented audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with management and business stakeholders, advocating for and explaining audit findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging IT trends, advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the banking industry.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the bank's internal audit methodology and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT audit, preferably within the banking industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience at manager level and managing team.
- Experience with related industries such as financial services, leading consulting companies and tech public listed companies are welcome to apply.
- Professional certification (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CIA, ISO 27001 Lead auditor etc.) in IT Audit / Security is considered beneficial.
- Knowledge in Mobile Application security, Blockchain and Digital Asset would be a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
