Job Detail
This is a 1-year Contract Position (Renewable).
Reporting directly to Accountant and support to Operation for consignment inventory, the Assistant Accountant is responsible in supporting the inventory and consignment accounts and reconciliation. Working together in a team, key objectives include timely and accurate reporting of inventory and consignment activities throughout daily operations and month-end closing.
- Manage all consignment stock takes and reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Conduct and update consignment product master, barcode master
- Co-ordinate with PC (Product Consultant) on accounting matters
- Co-ordinate with consignment department e.g. distribution centre, purchasing, finance etc
- Perform stock count reconciliation and issue credit note for consignment stores such as product return, product transfer, price change and prepare information on stock loss
- Perform reconciliation for consignment events
- Prepare daily SOR report and stock balance for consignment stores
- Filing of consignment documents such as invoice and credit note
- Prepare trade discount report of CRC submit to Accountant for review
- Handle consignment stock transaction, prepare and maintain the monthly consignment inventory schedule
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Supervisor and Manager

30,000 - 40,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
- Male or Female age 26-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in accounting field in trading company (can control and check inventory)
- Job holder requires excellent interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to deal with all levels of staff across borders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill with emphasis on pivot tables and functions
- Good command in English would be advantageous
