- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 2 - 5 ปี- เชียงใหม่และภาคเหนือ- ปริญญาตรี- ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณสมบัติ- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Taking care for process shipment for all Import shipment, Waste, Chemical, Scrap shipment etc.
- Support for all Audit concern
- Taking of IEAT, DFT, DIW permission and report
- Taking care of all Inbound shipment
- Liaison with all forwarding, liners, airlines, shipping lines, employees, sub-contractors and other
- Taking care of Export all shipment
- Taking care of shipping invoicing & packing list
- Taking care of IEAT permission.
- Taking care of finished goods, and stock.
- Taking care of cycle count.
- Liaison with all CS team, planning, production, forwarding, liners, airlines, shipping lines,employees, sub-contractors and others.
- Storage of shipping data properly.
- Taking care of other shipment require as assignment.
- Responsibility for all Audit concern -> Assist in requested Auditor process concern
- Responsibility for IEAT, DFT, DIW permission, form and reporting
- Taking care of all shipping document to CS and customer contacts
- Taking care of Confirm BL
- Liaison with all forwarding, sea liner, airliner, shipping lines, employees, sub-contractorsand others as regard to meet COTD
- Maintain confidential invoicing and shipping related information
- Support when have audit concern Export
- Summarize, analyze, report and drive improvement of his/her departments process
- KPIs to achieve or exceed company target
- Responsibility for monitoring up to date sale report & freight report (Import & Export)
- Taking care for Waste, Import, Export, Scrap report overview weekly & monthly

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting or Business Administration or other Fields with curriculum concerning with logistic.- Experience in shipping field 0-1 year.- Organized, self-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team
- Environment.- Strong computer skill.
- Good command of English is preferred
