**Responsibilities**
- Support and manage to implementation and follow SCM standard procedure

and compliance to W3.
- Follow the job assignment and organization set up by the superior in the warehouse management.
- Support and mange implementation of internal control improvement initiatives on worldwide basis.
- Overview and follow up of activities and monitoring progress.
- Pro-Active support to the operation and projects specific.
- Demonstration the ownership of all warehouse activities.
- Ensure none un-expected goods locate inside the warehouse.
- Ensure proper documentation to all goods storage in the warehouse area.
- Ensure to comply to the law / regulation under the bonded warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse area is restricted with access control and identity.
- Ensure the physical identification to all goods storage in the warehouse.
- Goods receiving at company designated sites with visual check, physical check against with order requirement as well as specification which coordination with the third party and company QA/QC Department.
- Goods issuing to company’s subcontractor and construction with records and report.
- Goods reporting materials status report for receiving balance and surplus/scrap materials.
- Managing of non conformity of goods by issuing the non-conforming report in terms of over, shortage, damages and documentation discrepancies.
- Ensure that responsibility for personnel is discharged in accordance with the company's management principles.
- Report and handle complaints and conflict.
- Reports to superior on work status and anticipate critical activities which might have an effect on project/job execution

**Qualification**
- Diploma in technical occupation or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and other filed related.
- Minimum experience 3 years in goods receiving, material control.
- Knowledge to produce the report which appropriate to the project requirement
- Good in English skill for listening, reading, writing and interaction. Required minimum TOEIC score 300.
- Computer skill Microsoft software and SAP MM Module.

**Knowledge**:

- Good interpersonal skills, communication are considered essential for success in the job
- Strong willed, flexible, and driven for achievements
- SAP basic awareness
- Interest in warehouse management - material control activities
- Team player with communication and motivation skill
