- Managing overall corporate project portfolio of Nan Yang Textile Group
- Supervise project management governance and guidance to project manager member
- Evaluate project feasibility and support vital information for executive decision-making
- Conduct RFP/TOR and Vendor Assessment and selection process
- Managing overall critical project components including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk and procurement through all phases of the software/system development life cycle of Nan Yang Textile Group
- Developing/Coaching how to do detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans to project manager team
- Interface with Customers, Vendors and Team on a day-to-day basis.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a pleasant working environment.
- Ensure all standard project documents were preparing and maintaining up to date.
- Responsible for ensuring that Project Implementation tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone of the country IT strategy.
- Responsible for the reporting and planning of IT Integration/Strategy and Planning projects.
- Responsible for all elements of the IT project implementation life cycle regarding country/ cluster-based projects
- Manage overall IT budget management against to portfolio whole business unit/functional
- control project costs, deliver within budget and contract
- Lead to implement project management support for new business initiatives
- Manage the escalation of any project related issues
- Update whole progress as critical/special projects to IT Project Steering and demand across function/business unit
- Provide necessary IT support and information based on business and operation requirements within agreed budgets, man powers and timescales
- คุณสมบัติ
- Thai/Expat Male/Female
- Master Degree or higher in Project Management or IT Related
- At least 8 -15 years' experience IT Project Portfolio Management and IT project in Enterprise scale
- Having PMP (Project Management Professional) or agile Certification is advantage
- Expertise in project management including project feasibility, project planning, vendor assessment and selection process, project executing, project budgeting, monitoring and tracking process, change management and closing project
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication skills, pro-active monitoring and tracking
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and project portfolio management
- Good understanding of enterprise software development, programming and infrastructure
- Experiences Oracle/SAP functional consultant is advantage
- Experience of manage project manager team and implemented ERP/MRP (Oracle/SAP) manufactory system, SCM, Warehouse, Logistic, Financial/Accounting or related field experience is preferred

(Work Monday-Friday 08.00-18.00 hrs.)
