Job Description:

- Establish and review production schedule to ensure customer priority are met
- Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs
- Develop pack plan for different products
- Monitor production schedule performance to meet shipment requirement
- Startup plan to reduce aging inventory and clearing reworks boards
- Control the release of materials for kitting to production floor
- Attach special work instructions to production lots due to deviations as per engineering requests
- Meeting with production team on changes of schedule and to ensure smooth flow of production
- Participate in Kaizen projects in terms of line balancing and line utilization, e.g.: improved UPH, production set-up time, increase WO build size

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field or higher
- 5-8 years of experienced in in Production planning/ Material control or related fields
- Experience in EMS: Electronics Manufacturing experienced will be advantaged
- Good analytical and statistical skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English both written and spoken
