Our client is providing support in IT infrastructure such as communication network construction, security, with emphasis on network solution business. They are looking for an Application Support who has experience in implementing or supporting in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365.
**Location**: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok.
- Maintain the ongoing operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/AX (mainly the Finance and SCM modules).
- Communicate with key users to analyze and solve problems in the Finance or SCM areas.
- Report on progress and collaborate with the Japanese team in Japan to provide solutions and explain resolutions in Japanese.
- Closely monitor and manage the progress of support requests.
- Manage presales activities such as project estimation and proposal for Dynamics support.
- As a team member, manage the support project.
**Qualification**:
- 2-5 years' experience implementation/support Dynamics 365 FO/AX.
- Experience or knowledge in related field (Accounting / Supply chain / Production).
- Knowledge of Accounting or SCM or ERP software (Dynamics 365/AX is advantage).
**Working Hour**: Mon to Fri - Flexible Time (Hybrid Working after probation)
- **Transportation Allowance is required after Probation
