**About the Team**

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

**Tasks**:

- Research and identify potential affiliate partners within the iGaming industry;
- Approach, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates into our program;
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance against KPIs and revenue targets;
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliates to align with program goals and foster mutually beneficial partnerships;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing;
- Strong knowledge of local affiliate networks;
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a must;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
