Job Detail2. Work with ERP systems users, IT and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
3. Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
4. Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
5. Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to support subsidiaries IT to assign appropriate system
access to users at different levels.
6. Thoroughly understand business practices, business operation and procedures in order to support subsidiaries IT
to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
7. Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons and coordinate with the partners to help define user needs
to develop data processing, additional program and solutions.
8. Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by each subsidiaries IT.
9. Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users as per requested by
subsidiaries IT.
10. Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.
11. Other duties as assigned.

35,000 - 45,000 (THB)

experience
- Male and Female (Thai nationality)
- Age between 28 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an ERP support or ERP implementation or relevant role, especially in SAP B1 or

Infor Syteline.
- Knowledge of Relational Database and MSSQL Server.
- Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
- Ability to program and query by SQL Language such as MSSQL, MySQL, and PL/SQL is a plus.
- Ability to create a report using Crystal Report and related tools is a plus.
- Understanding and having experience in IT Infrastructure support will be an advantage.
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.
- Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability.
- Punctual, proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinking, analytical mindset, fast learner and willing to contribute

and work as a team.
- Able to travel and working up-country and abroad.
