Interior Designer Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-92150)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน

・Understand customers' needs and interpret the information to design and customize designs for customers.
・Giving advice about interior designing to customers and presenting the prototype to them.
・Deliver work that matches customers' expectations and is on time.
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 45 years old
・Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
・Having at least 3 years of Interior Designer experience
・Experience in interior design and interior construction
・Be able to use AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-ray SketchUp or other design tools
・Portfolio is required.
・Good in communication skills, able to communicate in English ( With Japanese MD)

・Management skills
・Attitude “Can do it”
・Can work under pressure

・Have experience in Architecture/Building/Construction
・Marketing, Business, Interior, or architecture is plus)

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday working : None))

・เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าและตีความข้อมูลเพื่อออกแบบและปรับแต่งการออกแบบสำหรับลูกค้า
・ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบภายในแก่ลูกค้าและนำเสนอต้นแบบแก่ลูกค้า
・ส่งมอบงานที่ตรงกับความคาดหวังของลูกค้าและตรงเวลา
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 28 - 45 ปี
・วุฒิปริญญาตรีด้านสถาปัตยกรรมหรือการออกแบบภายใน
・มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบตกแต่งภายในอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
・มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบภายในและการก่อสร้างภายใน
・สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-ray SketchUp หรือเครื่องมือออกแบบอื่นๆ ได้
・ต้องมี Portfolio
・ทักษะการสื่อสารดี สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (มี MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น)

・สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
