Senior Application Developer

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide data/reports with Oracle SQL query and MSSQL SQL query.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Design, code, test, debug, documents and maintain those programs.
- Maintain and support core system and all peripheral systems
- Liaison with business units to gather and analyse requirements into systematic functional specifications.
- Work closely with Infra Team, BA Team, and outsource service providers in order provide reliable and appropriate services on agreed SLA level, customer satisfactory, and risk & security standard.
- Independently work on small and large moderately complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines, that have system wide impact and that may integrate across the organization.
- Lead, execute, and delivery assigned project(s) with minimized or limited supervise.
- Design and develop software solution under Compliance and Security’s policy
- Cooperate and communicate relevant internal or external parties
- Make suggestion or knowledge sharing to team for any improvement area(s) including technology and business requirement related.
- Aetna's contracted vendors, partners
- Related Group colleagues in Thailand and other countries
- Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) and representative

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineer, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years in senior role with supervising experience
- Experienced in entire Software Development Life Cycle is a plus.
- Experienced in implementing CI/CD is a plus.
- Strong skills in SQL statements and PL/SQL development on Oracle DB and MSSQL
- Be able to maintain JAVA script
- Be able to maintain Crystal Report
- Good analytical skills and ability to transform business requirements into systematic functional specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with users at all levels
- Be able to make self-research, fact-finding
- Business oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
