To be the primary contact point between PHILIPS Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) and its Customers for non-day-to-day operations. You will facilitate the engagement between customers and appropriate PHILIPS EDI personnel for all matters concerning strategy, planning, significant changes in customer requirements, high-level service performance issues, and commercial matters. You will ensure a smooth, two-way communication flow, and provides a strategic overview of relevant information between the parties.

**You are responsible for**
- Driving resolutions of product and providing support for customer issues by being the bridge between customers and Philips Account Team.
- Maintaining and managing a close working relationship between customers and the various sections within PHILIPS EDI
- Identifying and reporting on significant issues, planning and future developments with the potential for impact on the other party
- Using technical acumen, solution expertise and customer-facing skills to effectively represent Philips within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management
- Reporting on PHILIPS EDI performance against agreed service levels as defined in the SLA, and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer on overall performance of PHILIPS EDI with respect to the services it provides to customers
- Provide advocacy and tactical technical advice to help plan, maintain, expand and upgrade solutions using standard methodologies, and enthusiastically keep your customers’ Philips environments operationally healthy
- Proactively promoting improvements within PHILIPS EDI to enhance the delivery of services to customers
- Providing strategic input to Customers and PHILIPS EDI in the development of business planning, as well as being a possible conduit for inter-customer developments
- Managing realistic expectations of all parties
