**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Wholesale Banking PIL and SM accounts to prevent new SM and new NPL and monitor SM under responsibility until qualified for upgrade to P to transfer back to WBG
- To optimizes risks and minimizes expected loss, as well as operational costs through various types of products/ services of the Bank in accordance to the Bank‘s Code of Conducts and BOT’s Operational Standards
- To manage the credit approval process and ensures quality (data quality included) and timely review of the existing transactions. Provides leadership in customer advice and negotiations
- Focused customers will be small size in term of both loan outstanding and annual turnover. Therefore complicated on works will be less than those Executive Relationship Manager
- Co-ordinate and summarize with WBG for the account transferring as well as co-operate with NPL team for case transfer in compliance with Bank's policy and BOT regulation

**Qualifications**:

- Master/Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or any related fields
- 3-5 years banking experience in Debt Restructuring and Credit Analyst (Port Corporate)
- Exhibits a high level of self-motivation, integrity and drive to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good inter-personal skills and a strong team player
- Customer-centric with high degree of service mindset
- Strong financial and analytical skills (including financial modeling and cash flow projections)
