**Production Manager**

The position will manage and co-ordinate the productionnteam with the procedures/policies, goals and objectives established the frame of its strategic plans and budgets, responsibility for the subsidiary. He/she will grow the puratos business.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Prepare, utilize and control manpower and machine for production.
- Control product to have good quality that comply with specification and customer requirement.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Estimate production costs and prepare budgets.
- Maintaining and developing production to meet customer demands.
- Forecast manpower and machine for new products.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Improve efficiency of production process.
- Managing the manufacturing facility within budget and set key performance indicators for team.
- Trainer and provide knowledge of production operation for production staff.
- Key person to develop factory system i.e., change machine in production line or change production
- process to investigate which effected on efficiency of production and quality product.
- Ensures compliance with local regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Provide monthly operations cost report.
- Checking all production data in SAP program by weekly.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments.
- Member of GMP and HACCP team, Safety committee and other.
- Respond to report problem of food safety issue to food safety team through channel as assigned.
- Other job that assign by superior.
**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Science or Engineer.
- At least 5 years experience in Food manufacturing
- Strong leadership and commitment to work for higher achievement
- Positive thinking with good communicate to all levels
- Good problem solving decision making.
- Highly motivated, Work independent and a team player at the same time.
- Enthusiastic, initiative, be able to work under pressure.
- Good command in English.
- Good Computer literacy including Microsoft, SAP.etc.
