**ลักษณะงาน**:

- This function aims to improve our Selected store performance execution. Responsible for customized Local marketing with different development of Cluster (e.g. Urban, Rural, Tourist) with specific calendars and programs; including areas such as promotions, and events.
- Owns, develops, coordinates and cascades in-store promotional activities, in-store program and execution to other parties.
- Monitors results of campaign/program and ensure excellence execution.
- Deal and work closely with related parties both internal and external.
- Monitor market retail trend and competitors to identify opportunities and learning analysis.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Data Analytics and or related fields.
- Experience in Retail Operations / Retail Marketing/ Sale and Commercial is a plus.
- Strong business acumen.
- Enthusiastic / proactive / flexible.
- Persuasive but collaborative working attitude.
- Proven ability to Analytic data.
- Strong influencing skills essential.
- Strong presentation skills with English proficiency.
