**Legal Counselor**

**Responsibility**:

- Providing legal counsel and guidance to management and business units
- Preparing and reviewing all legal contracts to protect TISCO's legal rights
- Evaluating the legal implications of risk, exposure and opportunities so as to ensure the

maximum protection of organization's legal rights
**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 2 years of experience in contract drafting and/or giving legal opinions in

corporate law, labour law, tax law, Litigation and other categories of business
law (note: work experience in the banking/finance/securities industry or with an
international law firm will be an advantage)
- Good command of written and spoken English.
