**Testing Technician**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with Testing manager for coordinate with Breeders/stakeholders for execute all Pre
- commercial Hybrid testing trials, Hybrid Make Up, Line development and Seed increasing both on station or off station territories
- Using enterprise digital tools for data collection such as Velocity, Plot walker, FTS and ensure to analyze trial data & clear interpretation of the results
- Organize field layout and sort seed/seedling material to ensure setup and planting arrangement is done accurately with plan
- Collect and prepare field samples for evaluate agronomic data and support data for analysis
- Implementation of innovative/digital technology to improve trial management and operations using new tools and/or methodologies
- Performing all tasks and behaving in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety related company policies and practices, including completing all required Company training courses and attending safety activity
- Other tasks assigned by Testing manger and Head of Testing & Operations, SEA

**WHO YOU ARE**
- B.S. degree in agriculture or related discipline with minimum of 2 years of experience, or a M.S. in Plant breeding or field trial management
- Understanding of testing procedure, environments, practices which impact on product evaluation and hybrid selection
- Basic knowledge in market requirement on vegetable crops
- Know about data management and experimental design in agriculture
- Ability to use and support proprietary IT systems for label and stake printing and inventory management
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- based and cross-functional team environment
- Ability to traveling to off-site locations for data collection and manage data obtained from trials
- Managing workload to complete objectives and multiple tasks on time
- Keen sense of observation and learning new technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good English language skills, oral and written.
- General Job requirements: 20% travel, 60 % field work, 20% computer work, 40 hrs./week
