Job Description:

- Drive the organization to continuously improve on HSSE.
- Ensure that the occupational health, safety, security, and environment management system is maintained and improved and aligned with corporate requirements.
- Prepare and implement yearly HSSE programs.
- Plan, organize, and improve health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and assess HSSE management systems, internal audit, and management review.
- Plan and provide qualified HSSE personnel to all our projects.
- Identify and manage potential HSSE risks, both technical and environmental.
- Manage and operate our HSSE training centers.
- Manage all HSSE and emergency preparedness related training.
- Manage HSSE inspections to ensure that construction comply with standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Company HSSE analysis and reporting.
- Ensure HSSE compliance with Thai Laws, corporate and customers requirement.
- Participate in and coordinate HSSE related work in pre-qualifications, tenders, and projects.
- Manage and control all incident investigations.
- Manage and control company fire and rescue team and resources

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor or masters degree in HSSE or equivalent (Nebosh)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction HSSE management (International standards)
- Computer literacy in MS office
- Fluent in English communication skills -: listening, speaking, reading and writing

**Other requirement**:

- QHSSE Management System ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001
- Risk Management System
- Emergency preparedness
- Technical and practical oil and gas construction HSSE knowledge.
