Join AirAsia's production team, where you'll drive creative projects from inception to completion. As Creative Producer, you'll manage all aspects of projects related to our airline, travel, and platform services, ensuring alignment with AirAsia's brand and marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Development**: Collaborate on creative concepts aligned with AirAsia's objectives.
- ** Budgeting**: Manage project budgets for cost-effective, high-quality production.
- ** Scheduling**: Coordinate tasks and deadlines for internal and external teams.
- ** Casting and Crew Management**: Hire talent and crew, overseeing their work during production.
- ** Logistics**: Manage location scouting, equipment, and permits for seamless execution.
- ** Creative Direction**: Provide input to uphold AirAsia's brand image and messaging.
- ** Problem Solving**: Address challenges to keep projects on track and resolve issues promptly.
- ** Quality Control**: Ensure projects meet AirAsia's standards and objectives.
- ** Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote finished products.
- ** Financial Management**: Monitor expenses and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- ** Legal Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal requirements throughout projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a production role, preferably within the airline, travel, or related industry.
- ** Project Management Skills**: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- ** Budget Management**: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and optimize resources.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Proficient in production equipment, editing software, and relevant technologies.
- ** Creative Vision**: Strong creative and artistic vision with the ability to translate ideas into high-quality productions.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- ** Legal Acumen**: Basic understanding of legal requirements related to production and media projects.
