- Key Responsibilities:
- Statistical Analysis and Insights:

- Utilize statistical data and analytics tools to analyze music performance, track trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Generate reports and provide insights that inform decision-making in licensing strategies and music placement.
- Backstage Logistics: Manage the backstage operations related to music statistics, including data submission, streaming uploads, and master file storing.
- Music Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to evaluate and interpret music-related data, offering valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Document Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive music documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Rights Acquisition and Management: Identify, negotiate, and secure rights for music, content, or intellectual properties required for various projects within the music or entertainment industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with rights holders, licensors, and content creators.
- Music Pitching and Coordination: Pitch music to various platforms, including streaming services, sync opportunities, film/TV productions, and other licensing avenues.
- Coordinate and manage the placement of music across different platforms and mediums, optimizing exposure and revenue.
- License Agreements and Compliance:

- Draft, review, and execute license agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance, favorable terms, and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to licensing agreements, including tracking expiration dates and renewal terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, creative, marketing, and legal to align licensing efforts with project needs and timelines.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, licensors, and industry partners to explore new licensing opportunities.

- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in music data analysis or a related field.
- Expertise in music pitching, platform coordination, music licensing practices, copyright laws, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of music analytics.
- Passion for music and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Music Business, or any related fields.
- Experience with music streaming platforms and a solid understanding of the music industry landscape.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**English Level**:
