**About the role**:
The primary goal of this position is to lead the production staff to achieve production targets, key ratios, KPI’s, while maintaining a safe and efficient operation and producing products to the required quality standards. He or she must possess good technical knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing process and be able to quickly identify and correct manufacturing variance.

**Able to work on Night Shift**

Work Location**:Bangpoo ( Bangkok)**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise the overall scope of production staff duties.
- Ensure all operators are fully trained and that training happens according to process instructions with it being completed in a timely manner
- Maintain production quality system relate to work of Production staff such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQMS, OHSAS14001, etc.
- Control and monitor CCP in production line.
- Control and monitor daily output and production time to meet production planned
- Oversee production planned and generate Batch Sheet for production.
- Control and monitor process and product quality on production line to meet quality specification
- Able to maintain and monitor the production efficiency, yield-loss, attainment, first time quality as company target.
- Able to control and manage the level of remaining products (Green box) and raw materials for IP (Blue box)
- Maintain cleanliness at working area and all equipment.
- Maintain a safe workplace & activities

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in supervisory capacity in a chemical process or food manufacturing industry
- Must have people management experience in a direct capacity - handling performance management, training and development of employees
- Must be able to formulate smart and efficient ways of working - always seeking out opportunitites to improve equipment, processess, procedures, methods etc
- Familiarity with GMP and HACCP, quality, and hygiene standards for Food Manufacturing
- Exhibit the time management abilities necessary to meet production deadlines for unique orders
- Background in the use of SAP in production execution is a plus
