- ** Job Description**:

- Manage, design, develop, Create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, Cost Leadership and sustainable manner - Discussing requirements with the client’s Representative, Consultant, Designer, and other professionals - Assist to develop project definition and project plan for all projects, identify milestones, agreeing and addressing scope and criteria of Milestones achievement. - Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) - Conduct and assistance for the successful execution projects as minimum deviation from plan for completion on time, true specification, and within budget. - Judging whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs, and time requirements - Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to projects - Preparing bids for tenders, VO. and reporting to stakeholder. - Carry out technical and feasibility studies - Assess potential risks, materials, and costs - Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues until resolution, early alarm on risks and issues on missed milestone(s) for enough time allowed on resolution. - Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements in accordance with Authorities’ regulations. - Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies - Provide monitoring reports on progress, cost, and performance. - Oversee Staff Skill development and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders - Maintain close contact, clear communication, and participate in periodical site supervision with other functions and manage cross-functional input to supply to design and construction teams. - Accountabilities to manage and certifying all consultants/contractors/suppliers/utility providers’ accounts as well as payment processing. - Follow good management practices Standardized work, Method Statement, good quality control standards, Jobs Safety Analysis and ensure to always comply efficiently with Quality Management dept. procedures/guidelines. - Control, manage and minimize variations to the projects, advice on opportunities of projects cost saving without compromising quality. - Handle over the resulting structures and services for use - Managing, directing, and monitoring progress during each phase of a project
- Review of constructability of electrical and mechanical system
- Participant leader roles of ISO. Quality Management comply with requirement. - Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials - Guide and motivate the members of the project team; collaborate harmonious working environment; maintain staff morale and discipline; assist in identifying training needs. - Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineer
- Good knowledge of High-Rise building (CIVIL) and M&E systems.
- Recent work experience with the construction Contractor > 15 years
- A good understanding of the inter-functional relationships within a construction business.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Project Planning Software with sufficient experience to further develop standard generic plans, S-Curve and to Project track progress.
- Good knowledge of cost estimation, Financial budgetary controls systems and Project time Management.
- Possessing good communication and excellence in time management skills
- Possessing a hands-on management style with good follow-up abilities.
- Possessing internal Quality Assurance, Quality Control procedure, Jobs Safety Standards & Analysis, Risk Management. - An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards difficult tasks and an analytical approach to problem-solving. Energetic, strong in communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure - Excellent Can-do attitude and Growth mindset
