Job Title: dCommerce Business Analyst & Process Optimization Support Manager

Location: Thailand

**Job Descriptions**:
**Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital commerce platforms (both current and new platforms), and customer databases to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to present insights on digital sales, customer engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize digital commerce strategies, improve user experiences, and increase online sales.

**E-commerce Performance Optimization**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to identify areas for improvement in the digital sales funnel.
- Analyze traffic, shopper journeys, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze all campaigns performance across platforms including BAU performance to give recommendations and suggestions to optimize campaign performance.
- Provide ad-hoc & immediate support to the business when needed.

**Market and Competitive Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital commerce within the FMCG industry.
- Provide insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace.

**Digital Commerce Technology**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital commerce technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytic team to implement and maintain necessary digital commerce systems and integrations.
- Work closely with regional and global team to deploy new tools and dashboards

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on digital commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and e-commerce technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, e-commerce trends, and the digital marketing landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
