Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Pro-actively manage the planning, implementation and tracking of product development/projects
Define the scope of the project and collect user requirements
Create a detailed project plan and allocate resources for the project
Ensure efficient and optimized use of all the allocated resources in the project consistently
Generate weekly status report to senior management
Prepare project documentation such as project charter, RACI matrix,
communication plan, business requirements, project timeline and other project management-related materials
Support testing and quality control during the project
Maintain a Risk / Issue Log so risks are pro-actively being mitigated and issues are resolved timely so project delivery KPIs are not affected
**Qualifications**:
Solid international exposure and proven track record of clients' project deliveries
At least 3-year work experience in IT project management or software development is a MUST
Solid experience in payment, banking, financial services and related industries is preferred
Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is required
Working knowledge of and experience in Agile
Good understanding of software development life cycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field
