Legal Chief

**Responsibilities**:

- **
- Create and review contracts or agreements, terms and conditions for the company
- Coordinate with government with related function
- Take care about Business Law, Contract and other legal issues for business
- Handle with intellectual property, trademark, corporate law
- Other Legal tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master of Law
- 2 - 4 years experience in legal function in corporate field
- Experienced in drafting contract or agreement both Thai and English
- Excellent command of English
- TOEIC Score above 680 would be preferable.
- Knowledge in intellectual property would be an advantage
- Strong Interpersonal, detail-oriented, Good personality
- Computer literacy: MS Office (MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point)
- Be able to work on Saturday (One or Two Satuday per Month)
