**Position**:Cashier

**Responsibilities**:

- Check sales data and inventory data synchronized from sales on smartphones into the POS system, including sales data from Cart A and Cart B.
- Verify all Thai AirAsia (FD) cash-in amounts match cash reloads in the POS system.
- Deposit all sales cash into the company's bank deposit account.
- Prepare reconciliation records for cash floats upon receiving cash from boat sales and prepare equipment bags for every flight.
- Exchange and prepare foreign currency notes and coins for Float Cash and Air Allocation for all flights served the following day.
- Convert all foreign currencies received from sales on the machine into Thai Baht.
- Report sales/meal reservations, headcounts, cash difference reports, and currency impact reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Work experience in finance, accounting, or cashiering is considered a plus.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office, G-suite, and POS Systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure with relatively good time management.
- Able to work in shifts.

**หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ**:
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการขายและข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลังที่ซิงโครไนซ์จากการขายบนเครื่องผ่าน Smartphone เข้ากับระบบ POS รวมถึงข้อมูลการขายจาก Cart A และ Cart B- ตรวจสอบจำนวนเงินสด (Cash In) สำหรับเที่ยวบิน Thai AirAsia (FD) ทั้งหมดให้ตรงกับการเติมเงินสดคืนในระบบ POS- ฝากเงินสดการขายทั้งหมดไว้ที่บัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารของบริษัท- จัดทำบันทึก Reconcile เงินสดลอยตัวเมื่อได้รับเงินสดจากการขายลูกเรือ และจัดเตรียมกระเป๋าอุปกรณ์สำหรับทุกเที่ยวบิน- เปลี่ยนแปลงและจัดเตรียมธนบัตรและเหรียญสำหรับ Float Cash และ Air Allocation สำหรับทุกเที่ยวบินที่ให้บริการในวันถัดไป- ทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสกุลเงินต่างประเทศทั้งหมดที่ได้รับจากการขายบนเครื่องจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนเป็นบาทไทย- รายงานการขาย / จองมื้ออาหารล่วงหน้า / นับจำนวนคน / รายงานผลต่างเงินสด / รายงานการกระทบยอดสกุลเงิน**คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร**:
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตีขึ้นไปไม่จำกัดสาขา- ประสบการณ์การทำงานทางด้าน การเงิน บัญชี หรือแคชเชียร์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ เช่น MS Office, G-suite, POS Systems- มีความรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานในสภาวะแรงกดดันด้วยเวลาค่อนข้างดี- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
