**Purpose of Role**:
The Supply Chain Manager will lead, organized, and inspire the team to secure availability, and ensure efficient execution of the replenishment and picking processes in all the direct-to-consumer channels, excellent inventory management and to drive the supply chain strategy in Thailand.

**Your Impact**:

- Control the warehouse & transportation expense to be less than 2% of total sales and ensure operation efficiency.
- Monitor daily operation from 3PL, improve workflow and ensure high level of productivity.
- Manage the inventory accuracy and manage stock movements. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records agree. Keep tracking slow moving and aging stock.
- Ensure timely reception of seasonal goods during their respective seasons.
- Optimize warehouse storage capacity to minimize excess inventory.
- Oversee the implementation of agreed actions are implemented in the inbound and outbound goods flow processes.
- Secure an effective, qualitative, and efficient goods flow operation within the store's receiving, replenishment and picking processes.
- Ensure all the provided Form D & Form E can be utilized to save duty.
- Manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries.
- Track the progress of shipments and on time outbound deliveries.
- Plan annually stock take.
- Develop novel strategies to optimize processes, fostering operational efficiency and achieving cost savings.
- Work closely with merchandising, sales operation team, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Marketing team to always secure the highest goods availability and at the lowest possible cost.
- Perform reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner and communicate with multiple stakeholders not limiting to warehouse, merchandiser, and customers.
- Manage, inspire, and develop the Supply Chain team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration or related field
- 5 or more years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operation.
- 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience included.
- Strong commercial awareness with good knowledge of freight forward business, inventory management and transportation law.
- Able to solve problems and make decision, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
- Smart, creative, compelling, driven. Not afraid to lead others past their comfort zone. Creates a sense of urgency.
- Ability to listen, to discern and to respect the beliefs of teammates.
- Logically thinking, good at analytics and proficient with Excel required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of brand, product and the consumer or retail business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and sustainable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
