- Prepare all credit supplier cheque and distribute to supplier
- Perform payment run file check with valid source document submit to bank.
- Baht net transfer for company branch account
- Prepare W/H tax certificate and W/H tax summary report
- Entry supplier invoice (overhead) to accounting system from valid source document
- To protect double payment, check original supplier invoice before generate for payment.
- Perform all BANKP allocation and ensure all AP no pending allocation and resolve problem occurs
- Follow up receipt and W/H tax from bank and supplier
- Reconciliation supplier SOA with company outstanding
- Respond to supplier question
- Filing payment document by law/Tax regulation
- Weekly AP aging review and clarify deviate and resolve
- Monitor unmatched folio
- Weekly forecast out flow of cash
- To take up additional assignment as required to meet with regional and company need as assigned

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related field of business
- **at least 5 years’ experience in AP Accounting**:

- Knowledge in Accounting principle & software Knowledge in VAT, Withholding tax and Accounting software
- **Good command in English is required**

**Desirable**:

- Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good relations with all departments and overseas entities
