**Job description**:
**Forecast Planning/Business Analysis**
- Manage Stock Replenishment System for both Brands HQ and Local by coordinate with brand to setup and maintain parameters, accuracy of data and monitor all KPIs related to and required by system.
- Liaise with Logistic and brands (both Local & HQ) on all goods issues.
- Monitoring of Order book synchronization (open order sync tool between Brand HQ and Local), coordinate with Product Planner of Brand to make sure that data is up-to-date.
- Control data accuracy and setup (WLI, LIROS, SAP, etc.)
- Coordinate with brands for all data analysis (i.e. SRP, Replenishment Tool, LIROS, etc.) and provide suggestion to the brands.
- Responsible for specific Logistics analysis and ad hoc reports required by Logistics HQ as well as local management.
- Create all useful reports (BI) to support logistics team, local business, and local management.

**Order Processing**
- Supervise of Online (Corporate Ecommerce and Market Place) operations activities.
- Ensure stock at the optimum level and assist in monitoring purchasing function when required.
- Evaluating and monitoring the market situation, providing feedback to brands.
- Liaise with the relevant brands in working out and monitoring the strategies like market coverage, sales advertising and promotion as well as submitting daily/weekly/monthly progressive reports of sales performance etc.
- Understand customer purchasing behavior using web analytics tools.
- Follow up with brands to ensure that all orders enquiries from end-customer get response within the agreed time frame.
- Providing advice on stock analysis and suggestion to maximize the sales.
- Support Brands in all operational/Administrative requirements relating to standard operation process.
- Join inventory physical count and other tasks assign by company and superior.
- Work on project as superior assignment or other assignment.

**Profile**:
**Qualification**
- Education Bachelor degree in related field
- Good planning and communication skills
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Excellent knowledge in MS office (Advance Excel) / Power BI
- Experience in Inventory Planning, Demand forecasting and Supply chain management
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Experience in Retail / E-commerce / Online business will be an advantage
