Advisor and partner to Thailand PPG employees and leaders. Provide advice around HR policies and government regulations. Internalize and translate business strategy to local people process needs and conditions for practical and sustainable solutions.

Ensure smooth processes to keep organization focused on growth. Part of continuous improvement, special projects to allow the organization to improve and get better every day.

You will report directly to HRBP Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and be the first line of support in the end-to-end process of employee life cycle, from Hire to Retire. This includes ensuring the delivery of specific local processes following regulatory needs and observing compliance.
- Use data and insights to lead decision-making and solving for trends.
- Provide accurate SME response on matters of employee/labor relations to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage daily interactions with unions/works councils in partnership with the business.
- Coach/advise local leaders to engage with their teams.
- Identify needs & opportunities in Total Rewards that can support performance & engagement; consult and share feedback with Total Rewards teams.
- Ensure delivery of Consulting local leaders on organizational needs & workforce capabilities relating to skill development, team structure, and staffing needs; share feedback with Talent team to solve business problems.
- Use data and insights to lead decision-making and solving for trends.
- HRBP to ops team in Thailand.
- Important member on the Country Leadership Team Thailand.

**Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level, with professional qualification in HR (added advantage).
- At least 5 years practice in a similar position.
- Experience developing HR procedures.
- Proficient in IT - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS (Human resources Information Systems) Thailand local employment law.
- Prioritize and deal with competing demands.
- Good English proficiency and communication.
- A team builder with people oriented; culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with the local team.
