Lead and manage team to build automated interactions among the related parties to achieve smooth continuous integration and continuous delivery from various teams in the company and business partners in the ecosystem for increase the speed, efficiency and quality of software delivery.
Lead and manage a team of engineers to design, develop and maintain all aspects of DevOps runways.
Research, design and build best-fit frameworks, guideline and tools to create Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery automation pipelines for various platforms in the company.
Own DevOps runways technical implementation, while also considering contributions from other tech teams to be embedded in the continuously improving frameworks and guidelines.
Analyze, design and develop test-automation standard pipeline and guideline to increase efficiency and quality of software delivery.
Promote the adoption of DevOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery automation, frameworks, standards and guidelines.
Mentor junior DevOps Engineers.

**Job skills required**: Jenkins, Docker, DevOps
