Job description

**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Excellence**:
Utilize advanced Java programming skills to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions
Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that align with industry best practices and company standards

**Team Collaboration and Mentorship**:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by actively participating in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Serve as a mentor to junior developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally
Collaborate with other team members, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes

**Effective Communication**:
Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and non-IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns effectively
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and progress

**Problem Solving**:
Analyze complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions to address them.
Identify and address software performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues that may arise during development

**Code Quality and Best Practices**:
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistent and maintainable code
Write clean, modular, and reusable code that facilitates easy maintenance and future enhancements
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure high reliability and functionality

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any IT related fields
Strong experience as a Java Developer/ Full Stack Developer with a track record of successfully delivering software projects
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Good knowledge and skill in Angular is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and mentor junior developers
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Good command of English would be preferred
