- Design Development: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts for interior spaces.- AutoCAD Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy, scale, and precision.- Material Specifications: Prepare material and finish specifications, including furniture, fixtures, lighting, flooring, and wall finishes, based on project requirements and industry standards.- Space Planning: Assist in space planning and layout optimization, considering functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetic aspects.- Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards in the design and documentation process.- Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with interior designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address design issues and incorporate feedback into the design.- Project Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawing sets, schedules, and specifications, for client presentations, construction, and permit purposes.- Design Visualization: Create 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent and help clients visualize the final space.- Quality Assurance: Review and check drawings and designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements before finalization.- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design and AutoCAD software to enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions., เขียนแบบคุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD and interior design capabilities is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in an interior design firm or architectural firm is preferred.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings.
