- **Review all design information to ensure familiarity with the Design Intent.**:

- **Ensure that all technical installation aspects for architectural works in the construction contract have been fulfilled.**:

- **Establish architectural work procedures for architectural elements such floor tiles, walls, painting and etc, following the specification.**:

- **Lead the coordination with C&S, M&E engineers and designer to assure that architectural details and requirements, such as ceiling height, floor levels and etc. can be achieved according to the design.**:

- **Review and coordinate the proposed construction or installation with structure/M&E architecture and design information to ensure a coordinated result.**:

- **Co-ordinate and supervise the site inspections carried out by site inspectors to ensure comprehensive supervision of the works, following the design, specifications and work program.**:

- **Carry out site supervision including attending site meeting, taking minutes and supervision of site work.**:

- **Transmit recorded defects to the Contractor and follow up on rectification work.**:

- **Follow up on actions agreed at site meetings to ensure they are done promptly.**:

- **Prepare and keep up to date a Site Diary.**:

- **Provide technical review of Contractor’s variation orders.**
