Qualifications & Experiences
- Min 5 years’ experience Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent Experience working in Semiconductors plant, hi-tech industrial technical knowledge will be added advantage
- Good command in English Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD / AutoCAD Viewer Able to start at a short notice preferred.

Roles & Responsibility
- Pre/Post contract works including preparation of budget, tender documents, drafting construction contract, BQ budget estimates, evaluation of tenders, tender report, preparation of contracts
- Contracts execution such as budget control, valuations of progress payments and variation orders, financial reviews, Cost Management, final accounts and attend regular site and project meetings. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
