Manufacturing(Automotive)- Manage workforce, plan production
- Control the Assembly production department so that employees can produce work as specified.
- Prepare production results reports
- Analyze and improve Kaizen of various waste.
- Create work standards, QC Process, various support documents such as Check sheets, machine inspection records
- Maintain tools, machinery, and various equipment in the department.
- Check the quality of work before leaving the production line.
- Prepare documents, participate in activities 5S, Kaizen, Safety, various ISO systems
- Allocate manpower in accordance with production.
- Organize training for new employees
- Others as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Male/Female, Thai nationality with Age 35 - 45 years- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering. or other related fields
- 3 years of factory work experience
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English
- Have basic engineering knowledge
- Hardworking, patient, able to work under pressure.**English Level**:
