Thailand Garden International School - Bangkok Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a trusted, approachable and familiar presence in the school community.
- Support the delivery of the PSHE programme.
- Provide individual or group therapy to pupils seeking support or referred by a member of school staff, within the Counsellor’s scope of expertise
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation
- Facilitate workshops and sessions on various health and well-being topics, such as stress management, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student well-being and success
- Develop and implement programs to promote positive mental health and well-being within the school community
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counselling sessions
- Contribute to school-wide health and wellbeing initiatives and initiatives to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a school or related setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in mental health and well-being.

Garden International School, Bangkok is a coeducational school of around 440 students, with classes from Pre-Nursery to Year 13.
