Job Description:
**Location**:Sattahip, Chonburi (Warehouse)

**Employment Type**: Contract

**Primary Role & Objective**:

- Assist and advocate for the implementation of HSE initiatives.
- Offer guidance and training on HSE matters.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure follow-up on preventive actions.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement safety initiatives such as permit-to-work systems, safety observations, and overseeing lifting operations as the Single Point of Contact, fostering a safety-conscious culture at shorebase operations.
- Provide HSE guidance and training to shorebase workforce.
- Carry out risk assessments and follow-up actions like toolbox meetings and reviewing task risk assessments for activities in Sattahip yard and/or Jetty.
- Conduct or assist in HSE inspections and audits, including safety equipment checks and inventory management.
- Facilitate HSE meetings, document minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions until completion.
- Document and investigate incidents to determine root causes.
- Prepare safety-related reports, safety observation cards, and provide HSE statistical data to support HSE functions.
- Participate in and support COMPANY for Sattahip Incident Management Training exercises.
- Undertake any other work-related duties as instructed and authorized by COMPANY.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE roles or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficient in:

- HAZCOM and HAZMAT.
- Offshore & Onshore crane operations, lifting equipment, and appliances.
- Risk management and hazard identification.
- Auditing and incident investigation.
- MS Office and report writing for health and safety.
- Logistics safety management.
- Familiarity with applicable Thai regulations, codes, and standards.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate health and safety topics.
- Proficient in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as per the marine vessel schedule.
