Cyber Security

**Mission**:

- Being in charge of Cyber Security of one or several sites in a Cyber Security Region.
- Acting as a Cyber Security point of contact for the site/s.
- Coordinating the different actors of the site/s for all Cyber Security topics.
- Deploying the ISSP (Information Systems Security Policy) within the sites, assess and improve their level of Cyber Security.
- Raising any non-compliance, abnormal Cyber Security events, and Cyber Security incidents.
- Managing locally the Cyber Security events and incidents.
- Providing the reporting of the site/s to the Regional Cyber Security Officer.
- Contributing to the development of Cyber Security mindset within the site/s.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountability**
- Deploying Cyber Security Group standards, rules, and best practices in the site/s.
- Performing the Site Information Risk Assessments.
- Managing the Cyber Security action plans at the site/s level.
- Controlling that the Cyber Security requirements are fulfilled in the DRPs (Disaster Recovery Plan) of the site/s.
- Controlling the Cyber Security requirements, defined in the DRPs (Disaster Recovery Plans), are operational and well performed during each yearly DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) execution.
- Following the appropriate process and raise.
- Handling the non-compliance to the Regional Cyber Security Officer.
- Handling abnormal Cyber Security events to the Regional Cyber Security Officer.
- Handling Cyber Security incidents with the Regional Cyber Security Officer and CIRT.
- Monitoring and managing the alerts published by the Cyber Security operations center (viruses, patches ) in the site/s.
- Monitoring the Cyber Security events.
- Recording, reporting, and managing the Cyber Security incidents related to site/s in coordination with the Regional Cyber Security Officer (and CIRT if needed).
- Deploying remediation plans defined in coordination with the CIRT and/or the Cyber Security operations center.
- Reporting action plans progress, exceptional requests, and troubles.
- Managing and providing the Cyber Security KPIs of the site/s

**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing the Site Information Compliance Assessment and updating it when requested and/or following a major change in the site(s). Alert Regional Cyber Security Officer in case of major deviation.
- Controlling that the Group Cyber Security standards, rules, and best practices are respected.
- Acting as Internal Cyber Security Risk Auditor for the other sites of the ‘Region’ (upon request of the Regional Cyber Security Officer).
- Suggesting capitalization in perimeter following Cyber Security events and incidents.
- Participating in the Regional Cyber Security Officer’s Cyber Security meetings.
- Proposing improvements of Group standards to Regional Cyber Security Officer.
- Acting as Regional Cyber Security Officer delegate to perform some specific missions, upon request.

**Contributions**
- Contributing to Group Cyber Security programs.
- Performing or controlling upon Regional Cyber Security Officer delegation, risk assessments for, but not limited to, local projects or other sites.
- Assisting and advising IS/IT people on Cyber Security matters.
- Translating the Cyber Security communications, e-Learning, and TIPs when requested by the Regional Cyber Security Officer.
- Acting as a Cyber Security point of contact for the site/s.
- Acting as the site/s Cyber Security point of contact for Group Cyber Security organizations, Regional Cyber Security Officers, Cyber Security operations center, and CIRT (Cyber Security Incident Response Team).
- Acting as the site/s Cyber Security point of contact for external Cyber Security assessments (e.g. customer mandated audits).
- Acting as the site/s Cyber Security point of contact for the Site BCP Manager regarding local BCP procedures.
- Communicating within the site/s for any topic related to Cyber Security (awareness, rules, process).
- Deploying the ISSP (Information Systems Security Policy) within the sites, assess and improve their level of Cyber Security.
- Raising any non-compliance, abnormal Cyber Security events, and Cyber Security incidents.
- Managing locally the Cyber Security events and incidents.
- Providing the reporting of the site/s to the Regional Cyber Security Officer.
- Acting as a Cyber Security point of contact for the site/s.
- Coordinating the different actors of the site(s) for all Cyber Security topics.
- Contributing to developing the Cyber Security mindset within the site/s.

**Qualifications**:

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Cyber Security.
- Valid certifications in some Cyber Security standards/technical domains would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security in the industry.
- Knowledge and experience linked to Cyber Security standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, and NIS).
- Knowledge and experience in technical topics such as malware, patch management, and firewalls.
